Booking & payment
- 50% due at booking to confirm your dates.
- Balance due 30 days before arrival. Bookings made inside 30 days are paid in full at the time of booking.
- Book direct for the best rate — no middleman fees, and your dogs stay free. We accept all major cards through our secure checkout.
- Longer stays come with a discount. Ask us about weekly and monthly rates.
Cancellation
- Prepayments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
- Need to shift your dates? Email us as early as you can and we'll do our best to find a solution.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Self check-in with a smart lock. We send door codes, parking, and directions before you arrive.
- Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged — just ask.
Dogs & the Pup Package
- Up to two dogs welcome, with no pet fee when you book direct.
- Every stay includes the Pup Package: elevated ceramic bowls, an orthopedic bed, treats and toys, dog towels, a grooming kit, a fenced back deck, and our trail-and-café map.
- Please keep pups off beds dressed in white linens, clean up in the yard, and don't leave dogs home alone unless they're crated.
- You're responsible for any damage caused by your dogs, same as any guest.
House rules
- No smoking or vaping anywhere indoors.
- No parties or events. This is a quiet residential neighborhood — please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Maximum occupancy is set by your booking; please don't exceed the guest count you reserved for.
- Treat the home and its gear like your own. Report any accidental damage so we can sort it before the next guests arrive.
Damage & deposit
- No security deposit required.
- Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
