Four doors from Steamboat Flyfisher, which makes it the obvious end to a day on the water. 10% of net profits go to the E3 Ranch Foundation. Happy hour daily 3-5pm. All-you-can-eat snow crab Mondays, $49. Until early December: prime rib Sundays $44, date night Tuesdays (two three-course dinners and a glass of wine, $99), half-price select wines Wednesdays, and steak night Thursdays $38.
